Paxter has changed much of the basic design and principals behind the production of the open end flap envelope.  By careful design and patented applied for features Paxter has produce a high speed quality machine that requires only a single operator.

There are five different models available in the RE Series.

Envelope widths available for 80 mm to 190 mm

Speed range is from 450 pieces a minute up to 750 pieces a minute.

Two color flexo printing is available

Double stack type flexo units with remote control of image registration.

Automatic on or off of designated units

Inkers run at slow idle when not in use and auto engage on command

Controlled tension infeed into the process.

Die cutting unit of hardened ceramic or magnetic with plates and anvil

Vacuum pump and blower to remove the bottom flap scraps

Air assisted tube forming section

Line roller scoring, cutter roll and acceleration  roll folding on the bottom flaps
