The machine pictured is a specialized
die cutting machine produced for a specialized market. The machine is based
on the MVF series of press.
The machine is equipped with a
standard unwind and one to eight offset towers.
After printing and UV drying the web
goes into a Miyakoshi die cutter.
The die cuter is a bearer loaded
variable size model with matrix rewinder.
The die cutter has a rated run speed
on this particular model of 600 feet per minute.
The printed and die cut sheet is then
cut to length in a Miyakoshi stand alone, variable size sheeter. The sheets
are then delivered into a batcher stacker system which can be digitally set
for the correct amount of sheets per stack.. |
