Make Ready Efficiency

	The Working Efficiency of each printing unit can be greatly improved by use of Auto-stop operation at a defined position for plate changes.
	Furthermore, on a press with multi colors, the operation becomes highly efficient by distribution of the Make Ready operation.
	It allows preparation and making ready of the unused units while the press is running.
	Enables change over to the next job by means of the synchronized high technology control system.
	The Sectional Drive saves time, by eliminating the need for gear changing when working with variable size formats.

Reduction of Waste Paper

	Precision driving of each unit is possible, by setting of the Sectional Drive controller. Resulting in much reduced waste paper, and the highest quality printing performance on a wide range of materials. (i. e. thick and thin papers, chemical paper and film)
	Mechanical inefficiency caused by torque from conventional drive shafts and backlash of the gears is greatly reduced. Resulting in stability of print register, even during acceleration and deceleration at high production speeds.

Reduction of Environmental Noise

	Extreme reduction of machine gear noise is achieved by the use of Section Drive Technology.
	Lubricating oil can be reduced by up to 50%.

Multi Function

Additional new operations are achieved by synchronization with multiple unwinds or another press. Enables flexibility of machine layouts, and furthermore allows the operation and movement of additional units to be done with ease.

The MVF-S series, by the addition of the Sectional Drive and the Techno-E (Automated Control system) to our standard MVF model, has created a machine rated No. 1 in the world.

MVF S series can also be used for multipurpose Production (Direct Mail, Security document, Booklets, and Seal/Bag) with the exception of standard BF presses.
