this system automatically monitors and controls the length and stretch of the printed web to a operator selected setting. All adjustments are made from the operator control station.

All paper weights and sheet lengths can be numerically programmed and controlled by the use of the Miyascale system. This system monitors and adjusts the paper to a pre-set condition.

Ensure efficiency and quality with consistent repeatability and up to the minute status of stretch control through LED read outs.

Reinsertion or over printing can be done in read the hole or read the mark configuration using the Miyascale.

The two infeed rollers are positioned to give a maximum S wrap effect.

There are pressure adjustable gripper wheels on each infeed roll.

All units have operator side direction control.  All units can print in Forward or Reverse or can be idled when not in use by placing them in Neutral.

MIYAFLOW 3 roll continuous dampening system which can be used with alcohol or with alcohol substitutes.

The inking unit on each tower can be idled by a simple pull pin.

Lateral registration control for the printing plates is manual and controlled at each offset tower.

360° Circumferential register control is accomplished by harmonic drives on each tower activated by push buttons on each tower or the operator control station.

The outside form roller on each offset tower is also equipped with a rider anti-ghost roller.

Automatic sequencing of water, ink and impression is standard.

Offset cassettes are the Miyakoshi One Touch system for quick changeover.

All offset cassettes to be equipped with sticky back blanket cylinders or reel rod style cylinders.

Letterpress or numbering cassettes are available for use in a designated tower.

This press is to be equipped with a complete, multiple purpose, process section.  There will be a linear compensator on the infeed side manually controlled.  The unit will then be equipped with a pull roll combination tension system to maintain proper web tension between the unwind section and throughout the offset towers.

Two positions for vertical perforations or slitters.  Each position has its own hardened anvil cylinder and holder shaft.

A trim and chad exhaust blower is provided.

One cross perforation position.  This position has a dedicated hardened anvil cylinder with eccentric on\off.

One touch tool less cylinder changeover is available as an option.

One position for marginal punching.

The unit will be configured for single-single and has a manual side adjust.

Miyakoshi press singles folder.  This folder is equipped with external spirals in a single stream configuration.  The folder is fully variable with a fold length range of 7” to 18”.  Rated run speed of 550 feet per minute.  Remote Circumferential timing of the chute and spirals is standard. 

The unit is equipped with a reset quantity counter, pack counter and a spray marker for pack ending.

The controlled tension infeed system is controlled by a Miyascale.

This system automatically monitors and controls the length of the printed web to an operator selected setting. 

The desired pre set condition is displayed in LED characters and the Miyascale shows all corrections as they are being made.

All adjustments are made from the operator control station.

All paper weights and sheet lengths can be numerically programmed and controlled.

The Miyascale constantly monitors and measures the infeed to guarantee that the programmed amount of paper enters the press.

The consistent repeatability will ensure quality and efficiency in your post press processes.

Rewinders of 24” 40” or 50” are available.

Miyakoshi piggyback sheeter with a rated run speed of 500 feet per minute can be supplied as an option.  This sheeter is cassette style and sets on top of the rewind stand.  The sheeter will be equipped with a linear compensator before the infeed section.  This unit is designed to accommodate the various register systems available in the market.  All sheet sizes are with a change gear configuration.  The sheeter will be set for single stream application. 

Miyakoshi vibrating jogger will be provided with the sheeter.
