The ALB series features fixed size, web perfectors in a variety of web widths.  Cylinder circumference and web widths are customer specific.

Our standard cylinder circumference range starts at 17” and goes up to 36”.

Our standard web width range is from 20” to 38”.

Production speeds of 800 to 1,500 feet per minute are available.

The cylinder stack is mounted in precision machined box frames on both sides of the machine.

The inker mount frames are of precision ground slab which move into contact with the cylinder frames in the run mode and for plate change and make-ready track away from the cylinder frames for easy access.

Standard bearer width is 35 mm.

Ink fountain sub frame is machined and configured to accept all popular style remote control ink fountain systems.

Ink fountain ball has a diameter of 120 mm with an ink fountain capacity of 3 kilos.

Ink fountain ball is motorized and has speed ramp following as a standard feature.

Dampener choices of Miyakoshi, Epic, spiral brush or spray.

Multiple web applications are available as an option.

A three form roller inker with a 15 roller ink train is standard.

NOTE:  At Miyakoshi we do not count the dampener or the ink fountain ball in our roller count or for determining the linear capacity of ink rollers.

Three Rislan covered, water chilled vibrator rollers per inker deck.

Plate cocking with automatic ink form roller following.

Oil bath lubrication of all of the gear train in the cylinder stack tower.

Remote circumferential and lateral register control from the console or from the offset tower.

All drive gears are hardened and ground.

Inker disconnect is by electric clutch.

Web break sensors are the non contact electric eye type.

Line shaft drive is standard or shaftless drive by Indramat can be used as an option.

All dryer configurations are customer specific.

All bindery and in line finishing is also customer specific.
